Refund policy

At Shanty Chef, we take pride in making simple, rugged stainless steel products that are built to last. Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns

Because our products are durable and non-electronic with very few possible defects, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right right away.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or visibly worn products

• Items damaged due to misuse, overheating, or modification

• Clearance or final sale items

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
